Français | Català CETIR Grup Mèdic CETIR Grup Mèdic (CGM) is constituted by a group of medical services specialising in Nuclear Medicine and other imaging modalities. CETIR has been working for the good of Catalan healthcare since 1963. During these 42 years we have helped to pioneer treatment in Spain and Catalonia by acquiring the very latest technologies, such as the first gammacamera, the first magnetic resonance scanner, the first bone densitometer and the first cyclotron-PET imaging system. Furthermore, we have recently launched the first MicroPET scanner and small animal research laboratory of Catalonia. CGM is widely recognised in Spain as a leader in clinical practice and medical research, primarily due to the excellence of our staff, the quality of our imaging devices and our innovation. We started working on functional brain imaging (fMR) and spectroscopy fifteen years ago, we have participated in the creation of the Catalan normal bone densitometry data base, and we have developed and labelled new molecules.
